Alpine Foot & Ankle Clinic treats nearly every ailment of the foot and ankle. Heel pain, bunions, hammertoes and sports injuries are some of the common problems we fix on a regular basis. We have an array of techniques we can utilize, such as Orthotics, Shockwave Therapy or Surgery, depending on the type of condition and severity.
Ill-fitting shoes and genetics can be to blame for this bump that appears on the inside of the foot. Typically we’ll treat bunions with shoe modifications or Orthotics, and then, if necessary, Surgery.
Hammertoe Deformities are crooked or bent toes, which may have been caused by shoes that don’t quite fit right. Our treatment path will begin with Orthotics, shoe modifications and padding. Surgical correction to straighten the toes is available if necessary.
Orthotics or shoe modifications can help with managing your limited motion of the big toe. Surgery may be a necessary next step to help the toe gain more motion and alleviate pain.
Orthotics are the main component to treating flat feet. Physical Therapy may also be of assistance in some cases. We can perform Surgery to correct significantly flat feet or foot collapse caused by an ailment such as a tendon rupture.
Similar to flat feet, the best remedy for high-arched feet is typically Orthotics. In severe cases, custom bracing and Surgery can help solve the problem.
The thickening of the nerve in the foot can be treated with Orthotics, steroid or alcohol sclerosing injections and/or Surgical removal.
Surgery can be used to remove a protruding lump or bump on the foot.
We have experience taking care of ankle sprains, ankle instability, broken metatarsals, or any minor bumps or bruises. Surgery may be necessary for getting you back on the court.
Foot ailments caused by arthritis can be treated with Orthotics, injections, visco- supplementation or Surgery, if necessary.
Heel pain is the most common condition we treat at Alpine Foot & Ankle Clinic. Orthotics, Physical Therapy, injections and Shockwave Therapy can all be utilized to help ease the pain.
We can remove your stubborn ingrown nails through an in-office procedure.
If surgery has been determined to be an appropriate treatment option for your condition, timing can then be discussed. Performing surgery within the private setting allows you to provide a convenient time frame for us to work within, whether it be in a few weeks or a few months.
Private surgery can be expensive and this can be discussed further with Dr. Lalani. Financing options are available and we will be happy to work with you regarding this.
